CARAT - Price
CARAT determines the value of a jewelry item by adding and calculating the values of all its
components. The window below demonstrates a worksheet provided by CARAT for this purpose (shown
for a Diamond.)
Note the flexible choices CARAT provides. These include calculating by weight,
by a single item in a bunch or for the entire bunch. CARAT will even allow for not pricing each
component individually but rather, providing an overall price for the entire jewelry item.
