Download the CARAT package file - Click on the download link below. When Prompted, select Save and choose a folder into which the CARAT package file will be downloaded - select an empty folder or if needed, create a new one.
Unwrap the CARAT package file - Run the downloaded file to uncompress the software by starting the Windows' Explorer program, navigating to the folder into which the CARAT package file was downloaded, and running the package file by double-clicking on it.
Install CARAT - Run SETUP.EXE to install CARAT by double-clicking on the setup.exe file (using Windows' Explorer as described in the previous step.) Follow instructions.
